The Services are provided for educational, general information, and coaching purposes only.
THE SERVICES ARE NOT MEDICAL ADVICE, DIAGNOSIS, OR TREATMENT, AND ARE NOT INTENDED TO PREVENT ANY DISEASE. USING THE SERVICES DOES NOT CREATE A PHYSICIAN-PATIENT OR OTHER CLINICAL RELATIONSHIP.
WE ARE NOT LICENSED HEALTHCARE PROVIDERS. We do not diagnose, treat, or cure any physical or mental health condition. The Services do not replace the advice of a qualified healthcare provider.
Your Responsibilities
Consult a healthcare provider. Consult a qualified healthcare provider before changing your diet, supplements, exercise, medications, or other health or lifestyle practices, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition.

Information you provide. The Audit Report and coaching are based on information you provide. We are not responsible for inaccuracies or outcomes resulting from incomplete or incorrect information.

All scores and insights in the Audit Report are general educational benchmarks. NEITHER THE AUDIT NOR THE AUDIT REPORT IS A CLINICAL DIAGNOSIS OR MEDICAL ASSESSMENT.

Any mention of or referral to a practitioner, product, test, service, or resource is not a guarantee of its quality or suitability for you. Our Terms of Service and, for coaching, your coaching agreement govern your use of the Services, including limitations of liability and dispute resolution.
